Commands, Shortcuts Keys, and More.

 When I came back to SG it took me a while to remember all the short cuts, commands and controls. So here's the list.

 For the most part this is a point and click game using the mouse. You can pretty much do everything with the mouse but the game will be a lot more fun if you learn the short cut keys.

F1: Brings up the help menu(which doesn't help much).
F2: Opens the large war map.
F3: Opens a mini war map.
F4: Opens your  Character Profile.
F6: Opens the Who List.
F7: Opens your units select screen.
F8: Teleports you back to your capitol.
F9: Takes a screen shot.
F10: Opens message boards.
F12: Opens quick menu.

Ctrl+F1: Option menu
Ctrl+F3: Turn FPS counter(on top left) on/off
Ctrl+F5: Toggle the ability to be taken or phased on/off
Ctrl+F6: Toggle team kill
Ctrl+F7: Set battle permission
Ctrl+F11: Auto retreat from battle

Alt+F4: Shuts down the game.

Space Bar: Centers the map on your hero.

Battle Commands:

Backspace: When in an active map this selects all your units. To select all your units with your mouse, click and drag a box around them.
With your units selected: Using your keyboard letters:
A: Commands the units to attack everything in its path to the point you click.
S: Commands your units to remain still

Numbers 1-0 and - = are all assigned to your units in the order you have them in. This can be over ridden by selecting the unit(s) holding Ctrl and selecting the number you want to assing them to.

To make your units form a special design hold Ctrl and select a letter. Some letters are already given design and cannot be over ridden. They are:
Ctrl+Q: Put units in a large circle formation. This is good for air units when they need to clear out air mines.
Ctrl+A:
Ctrl+Z:
Ctrl+W:
Ctrl+S: Puts units in a bunch as close together as they can get(default unit setting)
Ctrl+X: Puts units in an X formation
Ctrl+E: Stacks all your units on top of each other. This only works for Air units.
